Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Everly (“Everly,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information through our website at myeverly.ai (the “Site”), including when you join our waitlist or contact us. It also explains the choices and rights you have, including rights for California residents.
This policy covers the Site only. The Everly app is still in development. When it launches, it will come with its own privacy policy that explains how the app handles your information, and we’ll ask you to review it before you use the app.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Waitlist: your email address and which form you used.
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
- Emails: anything you include when you email us at hello@myeverly.ai.
Information collected automatically
- Usage information: pages you visit, buttons and features you use on the Site (for example opening an example or starting the sign-up), how you arrived at the Site, and the date and time of your visit.
- Device information: your browser type, device type, operating system, screen size, language setting, and IP address, along with an approximate location (such as city or region) derived from the IP address.
We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described below, and through standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information or precise location, through the Site. Please don’t include that kind of information in a contact form message.
How we use information
- To add you to the waitlist and email you updates about Everly, including when early access is available.
- To reply to your messages and questions.
- To understand how people use the Site so we can improve it.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use information from the Site to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage and device information. We have turned off Google’s advertising features and Google Signals for the Site, and we use the data only for measurement. We keep analytics data for 14 months.
The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The Site will still work if you do.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, as described in the California section below. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, we do not respond to them.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us run the Site and communicate with you, such as our website hosting and email providers and Google (for analytics and fonts). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Everly, our users or others.
- Business changes, if Everly is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction and will remain subject to this policy.
- With your permission, for any other purpose you agree to.
How long we keep information
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Waitlist sign-ups | Until Everly launches publicly and for up to 24 months after, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first |
| Contact form messages and emails | Up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, unless we need them longer for legal reasons |
| Analytics data | 14 months |
| Server logs | As set by our hosting provider, typically 30 to 90 days |
Your choices
- Emails: every update email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email hello@myeverly.ai and ask to be removed from the waitlist.
- Cookies: you can control cookies through your browser and opt out of Google Analytics as described above.
- Access, correction and deletion: wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@myeverly.ai.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), gives you the rights described in this section.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA through the Site. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the past 12 months, and we do not do so. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Your rights
- Right to know: you can ask what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to, and you can request a copy of the specific information.
- Right to delete: you can ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct: you can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we don’t sell or share personal information, but you can still send us an opt-out request, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as one.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we don’t collect sensitive personal information through the Site, so there is nothing to limit.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently, such as by denying you access to the waitlist, for exercising your rights.
How to make a request
Email hello@myeverly.ai with the subject line “California Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to use. To protect your information, we will verify your request by confirming you control the email address you gave us, and we may ask for more information if needed. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask the agent for proof of your written permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, up to another 45 days, we will tell you why.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents ask whether we have shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not share personal information for that purpose.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hello@myeverly.ai and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where information is processed
Everly is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make material changes, we will give additional notice, such as a notice on the Site or an email to the waitlist.
